In 2021, Saratovdizelapparat, in partnership with the Association of Hydraulic Manufacturers, began developing a "smart" hydraulic system for dump equipment - "Smart Hydraulics."

The purpose of the development: to increase the efficiency and safety of the operation of vehicles and special equipment.

The predictive diagnostic system underlying the development allows real-time monitoring of the key parameters of the machine operation, predicting breakdowns and monitoring the timely passage of maintenance.

Set of current-collecting equipment for trolleybuses

Electric transport is experiencing a rebirth due to the advent of energy storage technologies (autonomous travel) and an environmental agenda.

In 2021, Saratovdizelapparat began developing a set of current collecting equipment. The solution combines a current collector, a pneumatic rod catcher and ropes.

The pneumatic rod catcher allows remote lowering of the rod, performs the function of a damper, preventing swinging of the contact wire, increasing the reliability of the current collector and reducing the likelihood of rods coming off.
