Expanding cooperation with SSTU is one of the vectors of the plant's personnel strategy. The implementation of the partnership should provide high-quality and demanded targeted training that contributes to the development of the skills of specialists, and create guarantees of employment during the educational process.
Students and graduates of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering have always been evaluated as desirable candidates for filling vacancies in the engineering and technical profile, since Saratov State Technical University is really the main supplier of personnel for the engineering industry.
Results of the meeting:
- a roadmap has been formed, which includes an excursion for students to the enterprise with a full immersion in current production and technical issues;
- actual tasks have been identified for students sent to practice at Saratovdizelapparat;
- the procedure for student participation in grant activities is determined;
- a program for advanced training in popular specialties has been formed, which involves participation in the training of not only the pedagogical staff of the university, but also the leading specialists of the plant.
Also during the meeting, the delegation of the plant was interested in the pilot project of the university for training courses for specialists in working specialties. The plant management plans to create conditions for the most self-motivated and promising employees to take advanced training courses at the expense of the enterprise.
