These holidays occupy a special place in our life, we expect them with special joy, hope, excitement. This is the time of warm meetings with relatives, friends and colleagues, the time of summing up and building plans for the future.

Of course, each of us has our own, very personal attitude to what has already taken place and is to come. But in one thing we are definitely unanimous: the outgoing year was not easy and contradictory. We faced new challenges. And no matter how the situation in the world develops, we must do everything to ensure the stability and development of our homeland, the well-being and prosperity of our people.

This year, our team has solved many important and large-scale tasks, the main of which is the launch of a production modernization program.

At the same time, one of the most important events was the opening of a new, modernized section of CNC machines. Turning-machining and milling-machining centers, in the amount of more than 10 units, were acquired as part of the plant development strategy with the direct financial support of the owners of the enterprise.

Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the entire team, the plant significantly expanded the assortment line of products, including under the import substitution program.

Our new customers are such large plants as Rostselmash, Gomselmash, Bryansk Arsenal, Amazon Eurotechnics.

Production volumes increased 2.5 times. The average salary increased by more than 40%. Having increased its social importance through improving working conditions and providing its base for practicing under the program with educational institutions, the plant received an influx of young personnel.
