Hydraulic system components

The range of hydraulic components includes unique products widely used in the production of modern special equipment (dump trucks, bulldozers, etc.) and agricultural equipment.

Transmission control (valves)

Saratovdizelapparat produces a wide range of valves for hydraulic control of the transmission of CHETRA tractors and pipelayers manufactured by the Tractor Plants concern, as well as mechanisms for switching the gear divider to KAMAZ cars.

Hydraulic and Gear Pumps

Designed for pumping working fluid into hydraulic systems of municipal construction and agricultural machinery.

Pneumatic valves

The line of pneumatic valves is represented by limiting, brake and check valves for use in hydraulic systems of lifting machines. More than 50% of products are complete analogues of imported components of the HYVA and OFC brands.

Speed adjusting gear

Saratovdizelapparat carries out overhaul and restoration repairs of the speed adjusting gears of diesel engines for railway transport, produced in the period 1975-1991.

Water purification filter

Since 2020, the plant has been producing water purification filters for sprinkler machines. The nomenclature range is represented by 3 models that have universal switching for joining machines of any brand (including foreign manufacturers).

In the production, raw materials and materials are used exclusively by domestic manufacturers

Development of non-standard products

Our own design bureau and modern test base allow us to develop non-standard components and units, as well as adapt any mass-produced products according to individual drawings and customer samples
