Our plant hosts a corporate seminar - training "VSM (Building an Effective Value Stream) - a basic tool for creating a lean enterprise"

The objectives of the workshop are:

- Train students in the basics of VSM, a basic tool for reducing losses and improving enterprise efficiency, used in the construction of effective production systems at enterprises, also applicable in the implementation of management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, LP (lean production/design/office), 20 keys program and improvement of various areas of activity (from production areas of the company to work in the office), ETC.

- As examples of benchmarking, the trainer will talk about the practical experience of various companies in creating VSM streams, the practical connection of identified and visualized problems and the use of different LEAN Production tools, and will answer questions from listeners for a more complete understanding of the topic.

- During the practical work of the seminar, teach participants to find losses and develop measures to eliminate or reduce detected problems, the seminar's emphasis is on building improved flows using the PDCA cycle.
